Refund policy

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

• Eligibility: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, unworn, with tags.

• How to Initiate: Must contact us at Alleywaystu@gmail.com before sending the item back.

• Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• Rejected Returns: Items returned in used condition or outside policy will not be refunded.

 

📢 REFUND POLICY 

 • Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• If the item was worn, damaged, or returned without approval, no refund will be issued.

• We do not issue refunds for delayed shipping once the item has been shipped and tracking is active..
